THE IDEA

The birth of the idea of an Internet web site for Vinchiaturo is owed to the distinct managerial capacities of DONATO D’AVERSA, proprietor of the "Duedi" restaurant, who, with a head strong sense of courage, invested his energies in furnishing our pleasant community with a two dimensional commercial enterprise.

Donato’s aim was to combine the idea of catering with that of cultural and local traditions, and infact, the restaurant also has the goal of promoting cultural initiatives, such as round table conferences, chess Championships, Forums, artistic salons and various other art-based events.

The DUEDI restaurant is situated in Vinchiaturo, a Molisan town which is only a few kilometres away from the regional capital, Campobasso. The DUEDI is a chic restaurant, characterised by the triumph of "Good Cuisine".
