In 1861 Don Lorenzo Iacampo was elected deputy in the
parliament, which was then in Torino.
Until 1899 water for domestic use could be obtained from the
"Pistola" fountain by the entire population.
Up until 1965 the ground floor of the old Communal house was
the site for a community theatre which accommodated about two hundred people in its
audience and in the stalls.
The lime trees were put in place (Corso Umberto) in 1927.
Public illuminations were set up in 1908, with petroleum
lamps.
